A Passion for Social Advocacy
Sunnie Givens is a real estate investor, hospitality manager, and author who uses her resources to mentor girls to aspire higher.
For over 20 years, Sunnie has worked in the service-based industry. During this time she sharpened her natural gifts of hospitality to benefit her customers, clients, and colleagues.
She created Sunny House Hospitality to host, connect, and collaborate with professional and philanthropic- minded women in a socially conscious community.
In 2015 Sunnie released her first book, “Get up, Get out and Go,” which aims to inspire women to “Unleash their Inner Girl Playfulness!”.
While women are breaking through the professional glass ceiling, others are building business empires. Sunnie believes that on occasion, there is a need to unwind and rejuvenate by intentionally making time to play and stay in a pampering environment.
Sunnie is the Founder of The G.I.F.T Foundation (Givens International Foundation For Togetherness), a non-profit 501 c (3) organization that brings women and girls together for social change projects. She uses her degrees in Human Development, Sociology, and her training as a CASA and Positive Psychology coach to create experiences that connect girls aging out of foster care with positive female mentors.
Sunnie enjoys spending time hosting gatherings and planning activities with her children, grandchildren.
